How to delete an account

To delete an account in the mobile application Giftyon (developer: Projectforce LLC), you should do the following:

1. Go to the menu of your application, select “Settings,” and write down the user identifier shown in the “Public User ID” field.

2. Send an email to support@giftyon.com with your request to delete your account. Be sure to include your user identifier in this email.

We will remove your account and all related information from our systems, including personal data and the history of transactions.
